About the Photographer

A hobbyist nature photographer since 1999, I am fortunate to live on the Olympic Peninsula in the sunny town of Sequim. My wife Rebecca and I are now enjoying the life changing experience of our daughter Aleah. Because Aleah is so inherently cute and photogenic and my wife Rebecca is so wonderously beautiful, I could forsee spending a lot of time at the portrait photographer's studio. I pondered how to make that more enjoyable. Limited options... must survive... now I am also a portrait photographer.

November 2004 was the inception of www.jefferychen.com. Improvement and expansion of this site and my photography will progress... at times rapidly, yet painfully slowly at others. Your interest and patronage is appreciated.

Due to the fledgling status of this business, I am actively seeking subjects for sittings. I am looking for photogenic children, adults, families or pets to photograph and will add select photographs to my website with your permission and model release. If you would like to pose for my camera, please contact me at the email listed.
